Strawberry growing

This year I have been growing my own Strawberries again, last year I only had 3 strawberries however this year I already have at least 20 and growing. Looking forward to a big crop of juicy strawberries.

On our trip to Manchester to watch Argentina play Italy at the Etihad stadium we went to the Manchester science museum.

Chlorophyll experiment

For this experiment I am going to be testing if a leaf will change without sunlight for a week, so far I have taped two pieces of black card around the leaf (so that sunlight can't get in) and I will check it in a week to see if anything changes.

Thai green curry

Thai green curry.

Ingredients:
Leek or onion,
tender stem broccoli,
green beans,
chicken breasts,
Thai green curry pot,
coconut milk,


Instructions:
1) Chop and brown leek or onion (using fry light),
2) Part boil tender stem broccoli and green beans,
3) Add the chicken to the leek or onion and brown,
4) When chicken is brown add the remaining vegetables,
5) Add the Thai green curry paste pot,
6) Add coconut milk,
7) Leave to simmer,
8) Boil rice for 15-20 minutes,
9) Serve and enjoy!
