Thai green curry


Thai green curry.

Ingredients:
Leek or onion,
tender stem broccoli,
green beans,
chicken breasts,
Thai green curry pot,
coconut milk,


Instructions:
1) Chop and brown leek or onion (using fry light),
2) Part boil tender stem broccoli and green beans,
3) Add the chicken to the leek or onion and brown,
4) When chicken is brown add the remaining vegetables,
5) Add the Thai green curry paste pot,
6) Add coconut milk,
7) Leave to simmer,
8) Boil rice for 15-20 minutes,
9) Serve and enjoy!
